WEN TF1050iX 10,500-Watt 120V/240V Tri-Fuel Inverter Generator with Quiet 457cc Engine, Electric Start, Wheel Kit, and CO Watchdog, Gas, Propane, and Natural Gas Powered - TF1050iX

Remember when you had a clean backup plan? Whether we're providing your home electricity during a crisis or charging your family's cellphones at the campgrounds, WEN has been reliably lighting up lives since 1951. Now, with the WEN 10,500-Watt Tri-Fuel Inverter Generator, you’ll be able to pull power from three different sources. Simply select your preferred method – gasoline, propane, or natural gas – and power on. With 10500 surge and 8550 running watts on gasoline, 9450 surge and 8550 running watts on LPG, and 8500 surge and 7700 running watts on NG, it’s durable enough for the jobsite and reliable enough for home emergency backup. The keyless electric start lets you power up your generator with the press of a switch, and includes a recoil starter as backup. The WEN Watchdog CO Shutdown Sensor helps protect both you and your family by automatically turning off the generator if dangerous levels of carbon monoxide are detected. Our 457cc engine operates at a modest 66 decibels at quarter load, limiting its invasiveness while restoring backup power. The WEN 10500W Inverter Generator is also equipped with fuel shutoff. This feature turns off the flow of fuel, allowing generator to use up the remaining fuel in the carburetor before automatically shutting down. This helps fight the build-up and blockages caused by stagnant fuel inside of the carburetor, minimizing maintenance while prolonging the unit’s lifespan. Designed to mirror a pure sine wave, this generator limits total harmonic distortion to under 0.3 percent at no load and under 1.2 percent at full load, making it safe to run laptops, cellphones, monitors, tablets and other sensitive electronics. The fully-packed panel comes equipped with one 120V/240V NEMA 14-50R receptacle, one 120V/240V NEMA L14-30R receptacle, two three-prong 120V NEMA 5-20R receptacles, a battery charger port, and two 5V USB ports. Simply connect the NEMA L14-30R or 14-50R outlet to your transfer switch for power when and where you need it. The data meter on the secondary control panel automatically monitors runtime, voltage, and frequency. The on-panel battery charger port makes battery maintenance a breeze – just plug in the included charger to keep the battery topped off and ready for emergencies. Maximize fuel economy by engaging the eco-mode switch. This allows the generator's engine to automatically adjust its fuel consumption as items are plugged into and unplugged from the panel, preventing the unnecessary usage of fuel. Need more energy? Easily link up any two 240V WEN inverter generators using a WEN 240V Parallel Connection Kit (sold separately) to share wattage among multiple units. Low-oil and low-fuel automatic shutdown combine with the built-in overload protection and indicator lights to safeguard both your generator and your electronics from damage. The bonded-neutral 240V output supports Level 2 EV charging for off-grid peace of mind, while the built-in wheels and folding handles ensure easy transport. The 7.1-gallon fuel tank delivers up to 10.5 hours of half-load runtime, or switch to propane with the included LPG/NG quick-connect adapter and five-foot propane hose for up to 5.8 hours of half-load runtime on a 20 lb. tank (NG hose sold separately, part no. TF1450X-1431). Compatible with the WEN 56413 Generator Cover and the WEN GNA200 Magnetic Dipstick. And because it’s a WEN product, your generator comes backed by a three-year limited warranty, a nationwide network of skilled service technicians, a stocked inventory of replacement parts, and a friendly customer helpline. Remember when you didn’t have to worry about the power going out? Remember WEN.

Maintenance Tips
  • Change engine oil after the first 8 hrs, then every 50 hrs to protect the 457cc motor and sustain peak output.

  • Check oil level before each use to avoid engine wear and low-oil shutdowns.

  • Clean/replace the air filter frequently to maintain proper airflow and fuel efficiency.

  • Inspect and service the spark plug regularly for reliable electric starts.

  • Use fresh fuel: drain carburetor after use, avoid storing old gasoline, and add stabilizer for long storage.

  • Run the generator monthly under load for 15–20 minutes to keep seals and fuel system functional.

  • Keep cooling vents and exterior free from dust, dirt, and debris for optimal cooling.

  • Store in a dry, ventilated space; disconnect battery if stored long-term.
