After saltwater diving, soak the regulator (cap on) in warm fresh water for several minutes to dissolve salt crystals, then rinse again.
Dry & Store Properly
Air‑dry completely in a cool, shaded, well‑ventilated area before storing in a padded bag or case. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and chemicals.
Inspect Before Use
Check hoses, O‑rings, mouthpiece and connections for cracks, wear or leaks before every dive. Conduct a pre‑dive check with the regulator pressurized and listen for hissing.
Check for Leaks & Function
Before each dive, mount the regulator to the tank and slowly open the valve to verify there are no air leaks and breathing is smooth through both stages.
Annual Professional Service
