The Zeagle F8 first stage, complemented with a flagship 2nd stage, is one of the best performing diaphragm regulators on the market today. 

When building the F8 Regulator, we partnered with Atomic Aquatics and engineered over 20 improvements on everything from inner mechanisms and materials to exterior controls and aesthetics.

Our conical precision high-pressure valve provides greater reliability and service life compared to conventional designs, while improving responsiveness and performance at all breathing rates.

Maintenance Tips

• Rinse first and second stages with fresh water to remove salt, sand & chlorine; avoid long submersion and don’t depress the purge during rinsing.

• Shake or blow out excess water from the second stage before drying.

• Reattach the dust cap to protect the DIN inlet and internal ports before storage.

Cleaning & Inspection

• Wipe mouthpiece, hoses & exterior with mild soap and fresh water; dry completely.

• Check for air leaks, cracks, worn O‑rings, hose kinks, corrosion or damage.

Lubrication

• Lightly apply silicone‑based lubricant to O‑rings only; avoid petroleum products.

Storage

• Air‑dry fully in a cool, shaded area; store away from direct sunlight, heat, or humidity.
