The Muscle D Iso-Lateral Row is a quick and effective way to work the lower lats. Lat rows can be performed with both arms at once or one at a time for additional isolation and contraction.

Make an easy adjustment on the fly with a gas-assist adjustable seat up and down for the perfect fit. Adjust the seat higher to hit the lowest part of the lats or higher to incorporate more mid-lat.
