What we need to get started: just send us a CAD file ( Computer assisted drawing) or a DXF file with your logo or artwork.  We will rework it so that we can program our laser to cut it from a single piece of solid 1/4" steel and we will create your masterpiece that lasts a lifetime.

3 YEARS WARRANTY:

All Arteflame grills come with a 3 years warranty for full peace of mind.

15 DAY RETURNS:

If you need to return an item, no worries! You've got a generous 14 days from the purchase date. Just make sure your item is new, unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging to snag a refund.

Sorry, but we can't take back anything that's been used. If your return is a bit worn or missing parts, we'll still do our best with a partial refund. Heads up, though – there's a 20% refinishing fee for certain returned items.

Remember to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns/exchanges, and mark it clearly on the box. Thanks a bunch.
